1. General
These delivery and payment conditions are legally binding for all business relationships, sales and other legal transactions between us and our customers.
Deviating agreements are only binding if they are confirmed by us in writing. Our customer waives his own purchasing conditions unless he expressly objects in writing or requests special agreements.
The web shop is exclusively for companies within the meaning of §14 BGB.
If individual conditions are ineffective - regardless of the legal reason - this will not affect the effectiveness of the remaining conditions.
2. Offer
Our offers are subject to change in all respects. Information about dimensions, weights, illustrations, descriptions, assembly sketches, drawings, manufacturers, etc. in catalogs, price lists or other publications are only approximate, but have been determined as best as possible, but are not binding for us.
3. Delivery
We reserve the right to choose the transport route and means of transport. Partial deliveries are permitted; they are considered independent deliveries. Delivery dates and delivery times are only approximate and non-binding.
Insurance against transport damage, transport losses and breakage - unless already taken out by us - is only provided at the customer's express request and at the expense and expense of the customer. 5. Returns
Goods delivered by us will only be taken back if they are in perfect condition with our written consent and are returned freight paid. Returned goods will be subject to a reduction of 10% for the cost share - in the event of any kind of reduction in value, a correspondingly higher charge
Cost share - credited. Custom-made products or goods purchased at the request of our customers will only be taken back in accordance with a special agreement.
6. Retention of title
Our deliveries are made exclusively under retention of title. Ownership only passes to the customer when he has repaid all of his liabilities to us.
7. Costs, fees, prices, payment terms, due dates and late payments
Invoicing is carried out electronically by email or in paper form to the customer/user and complies with the requirements of Section 14 (3) UStG. For orders placed in our online shop, invoicing is carried out exclusively electronically by email to the customer/user.
BDT GmbH is entitled to have debt collection carried out by third parties and to assign its claims to them. For this purpose, BDT GmbH is entitled to transmit the user's inventory data to third parties. The legally permissible transmission of further user data for the purpose of debt collection remains unaffected.
8. Place of performance
For all legal transactions arising and existing between us and our customers, 77656 Offenburg is the place of performance for both parties. 77656 Offenburg is also agreed as the place of jurisdiction for the dunning procedure.
